Shortened Workout + Runday Monday (One lap around track)
"Funda Munda"- Begin a unit by going over the fundamentals of the weekly activity
Tuesdays:
Full Workout
"How To" Tuesday- Go over the rules of the weekly activity and then play
Wednesdays:
Full Workout
"Play it Well Wednesday"- Go over strategy for the weekly activity and then play
Thursdays:
Full Workout- Often done as an assessment
"Throw Back Thursday"- Short story that applies skills to real life and then play
Fridays:
"Five Question Friday"- Students take a short self assessment of activities
Fun Friday- Group game that usually has an alternative choice available
